Description: A metal frame can vibrate at various speeds causing small spheres to move in a random motion. An aluminum strip is placed in the middle of the frame. The small spheres are placed on one side and the motor is turned on. The number of collisions against the frame are noted and then the aluminum barrier is removed increasing the volume by a factor of 2. The 'pressure' is noted again.
