Description: Two balloons are connected to the ends of a copper tube. Valves are fitted into the tube at the center and two side arms. Each balloon is inflated individually and isolated from the other using the valves. When one balloon is larger than the other, the center valve is closed and the two outer ones are opened. The smaller balloon inflates the larger one.
