Description: A steel bar with an eye at one end is heated over 4 Bunsen burners for at least 10 minutes. The bar is then placed in a frame and a iron rod is slipped into the eye. When the bar is tight in the frame, it is cooled with water. The rod in the eye will break.
Special Instructions: Turn the handle after the bar and rod are in place to tighten the system into the frame. The bar/rod must be very tight in the frame or this will not work.
